What We’re Looking For
- Techs with experience, ASE certified, GM Certified, and Master Techs
- Proven high-efficiency / low-comeback performance
- GM-trained and certified strongly preferred (other brand experts welcome)
- Skilled in Diesel, Gas, Heavy Duty, Suspension, Electrical, and Drivability
- Must provide your own tools and bring a strong professional work ethic
Meet Your Service Manager – Chad Prothero
Chad Prothero is a dedicated automotive professional with a career built from the ground up. He began in 2006 as a lube technician and spent more than a decade mastering the technical side of the industry, ultimately earning Master Certified Technician status by 2017. His deep understanding of vehicle systems, repair processes, and shop operations forms the foundation of his service-department expertise.
In 2017, Chad transitioned to the front line as an Automotive Service Advisor, where he excelled in customer communication, repair planning, and delivering transparent, trust-building service. From 2017 to 2020, he earned a strong reputation for service excellence while helping drive department performance.
For the past five years, Chad has served as a Service Manager, focusing on fixed-ops optimization, workflow efficiency, performance development, and strengthening advisor and dispatcher output. His leadership blends technical mastery, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to a great customer and employee experience.
From the shop floor to the management office, Chad’s career reflects hard work, continuous learning, and a passion for technician success—making him a manager who truly understands what technicians need to thrive.
