I thought I had made an online appointment for an oil change and 40,000 maintenance but when I got there the tech said it was only for a question about a tire sensor Your website for appointments is confusing because I only added the sensor question after I had checked the original options The result was I was put at the back of the line and waited 4 hours for my vehicle to be completed All employees were very kind and kept telling me it was extra busy but I still had my original appointment which was not entered accurately Please correct this on your website! Although, my Spark does run like a dream now!!!!!

When I got in my vehicle after service there where grease finger prints on my door along with the inside pillar on the drivers side. Also when I got home I noticed fluid dripping down the door by the window? The service tech upon my arrival tried to upsell me to the Transmission flush which was quoted to me at 799.00 with out tax. When I told him I was just going to do the service he quoted me 499.00, when I showed him on the web that it was 249.00 he said wow that must be an old coupon. I showed him that I just pulled it up on my phone, he then agreed to 249.00.

Charging the customer a % fee for the use of a creditcard is a bad buisness practice. Accepting creditcards was a buisness choice and as such should be a cost of doing buisness and you are passing that onto the customer. I will not be coming back due to this.

No complaints with Kenny --- he was was great and easy to work with. However I brought the truck in to address a problem with the transmission and the work done on the transmission did not fix the issue. It is still giving a severe shudder when attempting to accelerate up an incline and even caused the check engine light to come on during my last drive.

My appointment was for 9am and I was told it would be about an hour, which is typically what it's always been. This time however, they didn't even start on my truck until 10:30am and it wasn't finished until well after 11am. I would have expected at least for someone to come out to the waiting room and explain what was happening and why, but no NOTHING. And when the truck was finally done, again I would have expected someone to come out and go over what was done and explain the bill to me, but no NOTHING. My next oil change and vehicle check will be done at Evergreen Chevrolet.

For the last 3 years I’ve had a problem with cylinder number for sending a code P0272 I’ve used all three Alaska dealers in my area to address this problem! All have come back saying it’s injector 4 which I had them change and the problem has still continued. By the way it’s a diesel 2018 Chevy Cruze! I drove from Alaska back to the dealership I purchased the car from hoping they would be able to dig deeper into the main cause of this problem, after waiting a few days to have the work done, again I was told it was injector 4! At a cost of over $1000.00 I got the car back on a Friday night and started my 2400 mile trip back to Alaska and within a few hours into Canada the code came back and knowing I needed to get back to work I continued my journey home! Here I will have to find a shop that can help where the root cause of this problem is!

Made appointment online for an oil change and have air filter replaced. When I arrived for my appointment, was told that one of the oil change people weren't there and you did not have the air filter for my car. It took 2 1/2 hrs for the oil change and I have to make another appointment if/when you call me and tell me that the air filter arrived. I say that because last time I had to call the parts office to see if the part I was having serviced arrived. What is it, do I have to make a service appointment and then call the parts department to make sure that the parts are on site so I don't have to waste another half a day to get the air filter replaced?

You would think that spending $14k on a repair would get a little better service. You had my car 6 weeks for a 2 week job with no communication. 11am appointment and arrived at 10:45. Not sure when they started but it sat till at least 12:30. I start at 1:30 pm 15 minutes away and was 10 minutes late. Your workers were not apologetic, just making excuses that I need to leave more time. It was never like this but it has changed for the worse. I, also, asked for paperwork to be emailed to me as I rushed out to make it to work and that never happened. Pretty disappointing! Wow!

Because I want to know what caused noise when I turn my wheels, but tech did not show me an issued why and the noise came from and staff gave me the statement had some simple issues. Asking for over thousand if I want to repair. You can check my car record then I called and asked for what reason staff told me because corrosion on hub. I knew for sure something else but ???

Not very good! Firstly, the lady at the counter told me it will take around 90mins for the service and that I would be called when done. This was my car's first service and I already had received a communication that I would need an oil change and the tires rotated. The car was ready way earlier but I wasn't informed/called. When I waited the entire 90mins, I was told it was done in the first 20 mins itself. I asked as to why I wasnt called? The reply was "Not sure - May be there was some issue with the contact number". I then asked what had been done? and the lady replied "Just oil changed". "Why not the tires rotated?" I asked. She said, "Your car does not need it." She did not have an explanation of why my car did not need it. I then pressed that the tires be rotated irrespective of it is required or not. She called back someone else, then had a discussion between them and took the car back again to rotate the tires. What could have been a 30 mins task ended taking >2hrs with terribly broken communication and extreme lack of knowledge for people interacting with customers. At least the tires did get rotated finally.

My family and I have been Good customers since the 80s. I have my Corvette serviced there and as of late, my Acadia. My service advisor of years is gone. The first service I had without here was a $180 oil change (no cleaning windows, vacuuming or anything) and someone tacked on a tire rotation that I didn't ask for. The service manager was nice. However, I took my car in describing the known "shift to park" issue that needed fixed, stating such on the appointment and to the service manager. I selected "diagnostic" as that was the only relevant option on the online booking portal. After charging me $245 to confirm my stated problem, they could not fix the issue without another appointment at the cost of $553. They should have consulted me at the beginning that the cost of the max full repair would be $553, knowing my car was out of warranty and to not waste the $245 diag charge.

35 mins I sat in the the waiting area while my car was outside. No, bothered to tell me my car was”finished” . I had to get up and ask. I thought rotated tires and put air in is part of the maintenance/oil change. Seeing my tire pressure was low. My system did not reset. When my last experience with Dave he was excellent.
